We're looking for French speaking Customer Support professionals to join our client's team in Braga!
What you'll do:
- Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
- Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures;
- Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
- Build meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;

- Follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

What we're looking for:
- French C2 level.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
- Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
- EU Citizenship, Portuguese residence, or Manifest of interest.
