- We are hiring motivated individuals for a multinational hospitality company that owns, manages, franchises, and leases hotels, resorts, and vacation properties around the world.

It is one of the largest hotel companies globally.

It operates a portfolio of well-known hotel brands across different market segments, including luxury, upscale, mid-scale, and budget accommodations._

**Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist**:

- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;






- Provide information about digital products;
- Rerouting of issues to other departments.
- Experience in customer service or sales, but most importantly,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and be a team player.

**We offer**:

- ** A competitive salary paid either in 12 or 14 instalments (you decide!)**:

- ** If you choose 12 instalments - 1040 euros per month**:

- ** Complexity Bonus of 75 Euros Gross - paid in full each month**:
