IT Process Technician (m / f / d)
These are your tasks :
You will take care of IT matters in production, focusing on the support, planning and optimization of the process control system.
- System and user support for the process control system (PCS)
- Support for the IT infrastructure in production, including client systems and network
- Identifying and solving problems in the production processes
- Implementation of new technologies in existing processes
- Close cooperation with external service providers and suppliers
- Participation in meetings and working groups to coordinate and optimize processes
- Documentation and creation of process sequences and test results

These are the requirements :
The advertised position requires sound knowledge in the IT field, which can be acquired through completed vocational training or relevant professional experience.
Alternatively, a degree in computer science or related subjects is also an advantage
- Professional experience in the support of process control systems in production environments
- Experience with the administration of IT infrastructures and support of client systems
- Analytical skills to identify and solve problems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured and meticulous way of working
