IT System Administrator (m/f/d) full-time / part-time Apassionata World GmbH organizes the most successful shows with horses throughout Europe under the brand name CAVALLUNA. From October 2024, we will be touring 33 cities in Germany and abroad with our new show CAVALLUNA - "Grand Moments". We also operate the SHOWPALAST MÜNCHEN, which is not only a venue for live entertainment shows with horses but also a popular location for events, concerts and corporate events.
In winter 2024/2025, our popular CAVALLUNA Kids Show, "Winterwünscheland", will be staged there again. And there are also big and new plans for 2025, with and without horses.
To strengthen our IT team at our Munich location,
we are therefore looking for a motivated IT System Administrator (m/f/d) (full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week) These are your tasks: 1st and 2nd level support for Windows systems Installation and configuration of hardware and software Network support at two locations Collaboration in the implementation and integration of new IT solutions and IT projects Supporting employees in all IT-related matters Development and establishment of process-oriented services as well as writing and monitoring SLAs to ensure consistently high service quality Continuous analysis and optimization of IT processes including the derivation of recommendations for action Technical contact for other departments as well as collaboration and management of IT services and service providers What you bring with you: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable Profound IT knowledge with relevant experience in the world of Microsoft client/server environments Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Windows Server operating systems,
MS AD and Azure AD, Hyper-V, network structures, tagged and untagged VLANs, VoIP Ideally knowledge in the implementation of firewall rules Very good analytical and organizational skills Initiative and structured way of working A confident and friendly demeanor Willingness to occasionally work at the weekend Experience in managing and adhering to budgets
