Technical After Sales Representative – North Portugal
stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.
Location: Ovar, Portugal
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the order portfolio of the existing customers and look for new market opportunities, autonomously in own region.
- Liaise with Technical team to prepare inspections, repairs and spare-parts quotes, and present them to clients.
- Schedule inspections with clients, inspect the technical condition of their warehouse racks and draft the inspection reports.
- Coordinate repairs with Backoffice team, to assure all issues are addressed swiftly.
- Regularly follow-up with clients and assess sales opportunities.
- Strive for developing a solid long-term relationship with clients, acting as a technical partner for warehouse racks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an after sales, customer service, or technical support role.
- AutoCAD 2D and technical knowledge related to racking industry, namely N15635, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus).
