Come and work with us.We are looking for a talented German Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics.Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknessesTranslate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career pathBuild annual training program and prepare teaching plansDevelop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manualsDirect structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsAcclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessionsDeliver training coursesAssess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviorPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesStay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee developmentAlignment with the Client training program and Sitel proceduresTakes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client Health, Safety, and Security responsibilitiesTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient level of German (C2)Advanced English level (C1 at least) with strong verbal and written communication skillsOne or more additional language(s) spoken in the project is a plusGood organization/ time management skillsAvailability to work fully from Sete Rios (Lisbon) site - mandatorySchedule from Monday to Sunday - 8am to 8pmAbility to work with a variety of people from diverse backgroundsAbility to make fair and consistent judgments and decisionsAbility to solve problems and offer suggestionsAbility to influence behaviorAbility to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresAbility to give constructive feedback to the agents which lead to performance improvementEducation and experienceCollege degree or directly related work experienceEssential minimum of 6 months call center experiencePrevious teaching or coaching/training experience would be an advantageSpecific Requirements (when necessary)Availability to travelOut-of-hours supportBenefits.Competitive wagesPaid professional trainingEmployee discountsPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programsFun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness programJob stabilityLife-long skills and experienceExcellent work cultureGo further with Foundever™We believe in memorable associate experiences.
